 Reflexion Filter (e sE Instrument Reflexion Filter)

O Reflexion Filter é uma unidade portátil para gravações com um mínimo de reflecções de sala. É uma parede composta para posicionamento por trás de qualquer microfone, que pode ser alinhado com o trípé incluído. O objectivo é comseguir uma gravação vocal ou instrumental "seca", o que é muito útil em estúdios com mau tratamento acústico. Pode ser usado em gravação em salas de controlo onde é necessário eliminar o ruído dos aparelhos, ou em salas de ensaio onde se deseja reduzir o ruído ambiente.
Tem 6 camadas principais. Em primeiro lugar, uma camada de alumínio perfurado, que provoca a difusão do som até atingir uma camada de material acústico absorvente patenteado. Em seguida, as ondas sonoras atingem uma segunda camada de folha de alumínio que dissipa a energia e corta as ondas das frequências mais baixas. Estas atravessam então espaços abertos de isolamento de ar entre camadas intermédias, mantidos por barras que as atravessam. Finalmente, atingem uma camada final de lã acústica absorvente e uma parede exterior de alumínio perfurado que absorve e faz a difusão da energia remanescente. Esta concepção patenteada permite reduzir as reflexões, com valores extremamente reduzidos de coloração. Testes efectuados em câmara anecóica provam claramente que a curva de resposta do microfone se mantém inalterada com uma tolerância inferior a 1 dB (20Hz to 20KHz). É indicado para voz e guitarras.
